“Oneiric” by Susan Shapiro

Oneiric, adjective
1. Of, pertaining to, or suggestive of dreams; dreamy.
As I dream, the large bird alights carrying a flower, a branch. The singing bird voices are oneiric, mingling the scent of teas and the blossoms engulfing me. The teabags, moist with herbs, are carried away as I float past, free from gravities pull.
