MARTHA’S VINEYARD GLASSWORKS was established in 1992 as both a gallery and studio to showcase the beauty of hand blown glass alongside the natural elegance of creating it. We welcome visitors to experience the transformative process of manipulating a molten material into a work of art for your home. Bouquet Baskets

In 2005, we realized the need for a truly functional vase that was unique in its design and ability to effortlessly display a fresh bunch of flowers. Out of this thought process, the Bouquet Basket was born. An inverted cone shape is the most basic and stable vase form, but creating an interesting design from this simple shape is particularly difficult. The decorative roller-wrap was chosen to bring contrast, texture and life to this basic shape. Since its inception, the Bouquet Basket has grown in its popularity to become a signature design of Martha’s Vineyard Glassworks.
